When you create an account on the Assil Ecom Logistics System, you become the contracting party ("Account Owner") for the services provided. You are responsible for ensuring the information on your account, including your legal company name if applicable, is accurate and up to date.

2. Domain Names

If you purchase a domain through Assil, yearly domain registration renewal is automatically enabled while your account is active. You can disable auto-renewal or transfer your domain, though additional charges may apply.

3. Assil's Rights

Assil reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content that violates these Terms of Service. Abusive behavior toward Assil personnel may result in immediate account termination. Assil may also request documentation to resolve account ownership disputes.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate store and contact information.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Not use the platform for illegal activities such as fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized sales.
• Maintain the accuracy of products, pricing, and other store details.

5. Payment of Fees

Subscription and transaction fees are billed based on your chosen plan. All fees must be paid on time. Assil reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid fees.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

Both Assil and the Account Owner agree to use each other's confidential information solely for purposes related to fulfilling obligations under these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Assil is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with these terms or misuse of the platform. The system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users agree to indemnify Assil against claims arising from their actions or misuse of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

Content uploaded by users remains their property. By using the Assil platform, you grant Assil a license to use your content to provide and promote services.

9. Third-Party Services

Assil is not responsible for third-party services linked to or used within the platform. Use them at your own risk.

10. Feedback

Assil welcomes feedback and suggestions but is under no obligation to maintain confidentiality or compensate for ideas submitted.

11. Privacy Policy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we manage your data.

12. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, Assil will deactivate your account, and no refunds will be issued for any fees paid.
